  1. Education Reporting Officer
    Job Location: Jakarta

    JOB SUMMARY: The Education/Reporting/ Information Officer position is required to support CWS program in Jakarta areas. Education/Reporting Officer should responsible for all issues related in education sector focusing for refugees, unaccompanied children and other children and to support in compiling the qualitative and quantitative data in comprehensive reports.

  2. Social Worker Coordinator
    Job Location: Jakarta

    CWS Indonesia (www.cwsindonesia.or.id) is an international relief, development, and refugee assistance agency that has been operating in Indonesia for over forty years. CWS works with partners to eradicate hunger and poverty and to promote peace and justice around the world.


    CWS is the implementing partner for a UNHCR-funded urban refugee program in Jakarta that provides protection, access to basic services (health, education, psychosocial support) and capacity building to vulnerable refugees and asylum seekers living in the Greater Jakarta area.


    CWS is now looking for candidates to fill the following position: Social Worker Coordinator - based in Jakarta (1 person)


    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    The incumbent requires knowledge of social work theories, practices and procedures, particularly in child and adolescent care. The incumbent must be flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of settings and cross-cultural situations. He/she should be knowledgeable of the risks and needs of children and adolescents in accordance with their age. The incubent should have the capacity and skills to supervise, lead and manage a team of several social workers, and be a good team player. He/she is also required to provide management, supervision and professional support to all Social Workers. Under the overall supervision of the Deputy Program Manager and guidance of Child Protection Officer, the incumbent is expected to ensure basic needs support for Unaccompanied Minors (UAM), including the provision of decent safe housing/shelter and other basic necessities.

  4. Driver for PURE Program

  5. Social Worker UASC
    Job Location: Jakarta

    CWS is expanding the Urban Refugee Program (URP) specifically for the unaccompanied refugee children in greater Jakarta area. The two year project, supported by Act for Peace Australia, main objective is to strengthen the current program capacity to protect unaccompanied minors (UAM) by expanding the program knowledge of child protection and strengthening their case management. The project will also undertake protection-focused and solutions-oriented research and advocacy. One key aim is to reinforce community outreach capacity and systems; in particular to study ways to ensure regular protection monitoring of UAM living outside CWS-managed shelters. The research also will provide contextual analysis of key protection issues facing UAM living independently and outreach activities for the UAM.

  6. Assistant Researcher or Enumerator

  7. Program Manager for PURE program
    Job Location: Jakarta

    The Program Manager manages the urban refugee program and provides strategic direction to the country program in collaboration with the Country Director and Assistant Country Director - Program. The post-holder will effectively and efficiently coordinate operations systems, processes and activities so that the program is delivered on a timely basis and according to organizational strategy, donor requirements and within the allocated budget. The Program Manager provides leadership in all aspects of staffing, program implementation, monitoring and reporting, and financial accountability.

  8. Child Protection Officer
    Job Location: Jakarta

    The Child Protection Officer position is required to support the CWS in establishing child friendly and supportive environment for unaccompanied children, children at risk and child survivors by enhancing child protection mechanisms. Child Protection Officer should responsible for ensuring effective case management focusing to unaccompanied children and other refugee children at risk according to the UNHCR standard operating procedures and CWS Indonesia approach.
